About The Position

Framebridge is seeking a customer-focused Keyholder to bring energy and leadership to its Winnetka retail store. As a trusted leader on the sales floor, the Keyholder performs key-holding responsibilities while providing an exceptional customer experience and representing the Framebridge brand. The role reports to the Store Manager and is part-time, with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Requirements

Experience as a key holder in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
Engaging personality with strong influence, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Quick and eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes.
Strong time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform bending, reaching, and light physical movement as needed.

Nice To Haves

Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment.
Degree in art, design, marketing, or a relevant field; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Set the standard for exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in retail stores.
Support onboarding and training of retail team members.
Execute and improve store operations to help meet customer experience and financial goals.
Build relationships with customers and coach retail team members using strong listening, oral, and communication skills.
Provide customers with product knowledge and design advice, and train team members to do the same.
Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment.
Suggest innovations and improvements to the retail experience.

Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
