About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Keyholder to support store leadership and deliver a positive shopping experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Keyholder models and coaches customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The role supports sales growth, team training, operational excellence, and customer-focused initiatives while following store policies and management directives. Candidates should share the company's values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance. The position is located in Estero, Florida. The stated pay range is $13.65–$22.75 per hour, or the higher applicable minimum wage, with pay varying according to experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and regularly move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Must comply with store policies and follow management directives.
• Must consistently meet or exceed established sales and performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach behaviors that provide an excellent experience to consumers.
• Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting sales goals.
• Help train store staff and model Levi Strauss & Co. selling practices and authentic customer service.
• Support store operations, including getting products to the sales floor and visual merchandising.
• Help lead a positive, engaging shopping experience and support key initiatives.
• Comply with store policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
