Part Time Keyholder
About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a part-time Keyholder in Estero, Florida. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Keyholder helps provide a consumer-centric shopping experience and supports store leadership across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The role models and coaches Levi’s selling practices, helps meet sales goals, and contributes to a positive experience for customers and employees. The Keyholder is expected to reflect the company’s values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance. The position pays the higher of the applicable local, state, or federal minimum wage or $13.65–$22.75 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on factors including qualifications, experience, skills, location, performance, shift, and business needs.
Requirements
- Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent movement, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Model and coach behaviors that provide an engaging customer experience.
- Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting sales goals.
- Help train store staff and model Levi’s selling practices and authentic customer service.
- Support product placement on the sales floor, store operations, and visual merchandising.
- Help lead a positive shopping experience and support key store initiatives.
- Follow store management directives and comply with company policies, procedures, and programs.
