About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a full-time Retail Key Holder to support store management and help create a personalized, memorable in-store shopping experience. The role involves building customer loyalty, supporting sales and productivity goals, serving as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, and maintaining store operations. The position is suited to someone enthusiastic about health and wellness who is willing to develop extensive product knowledge and work collaboratively with the store team.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
• Enthusiasm and the ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts.
• Passion for the health and wellness industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Management Team and execute responsibilities with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting coworkers in achieving theirs.
• Act with integrity and serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
• Process customer transactions efficiently, merchandise shelves, and price products accurately.
• Develop product knowledge through ongoing learning activities.
• Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
• Perform regular store maintenance, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, and keep shelves stocked and products priced accurately.
• Perform additional duties as required.
