About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a full-time Retail Key Holder to support store management and help create a personalized, memorable in-store shopping experience. The role involves engaging customers, supporting sales and productivity goals, maintaining product knowledge, and helping ensure the store operates effectively. The Key Holder may act as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
• Enthusiasm and the ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts.
• Passion for the health and wellness industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, and at different locations as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the management team and execute store operations with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting coworkers in doing the same.
• Act with integrity and serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
• Process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products accurately.
• Build product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
• Perform regular store maintenance and follow loss-prevention standards.
• Process product receipts on time and keep shelves stocked and products correctly priced.
• Perform additional duties as required.
