About The Position
The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a full-time Retail Key Holder to support the management team and help create personalized, memorable in-store shopping experiences. The role involves helping customers and team members, supporting sales and productivity goals, and acting as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. The Key Holder also handles transactions, merchandising, product pricing, store maintenance, loss prevention, and product receipts, while building product knowledge through ongoing learning.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
- Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts.
- Passion for the health and wellness industry.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Act as direct support for the management team and execute store operations with excellence.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others in doing the same.
- Work with integrity and act as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
- Process customer transactions efficiently, merchandise shelves, and price products appropriately.
- Build product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
- Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
- Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts on time, and keep shelves stocked and products correctly priced.
- Perform additional duties as required.
