About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a full-time Retail Key Holder to support the management team and help create a personalized, memorable in-store shopping experience. The role involves building customer loyalty, supporting sales and productivity goals, providing knowledgeable service about health and wellness products, and serving as Manager On Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. The Key Holder also handles transactions, merchandising, product pricing and receipts, store maintenance, and loss prevention standards. The position requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction, enthusiasm for engaging with customers and colleagues, and a passion for health and wellness. The posting also describes flexible scheduling based on business needs, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

Act as direct support for the management team and execute with excellence.
Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting colleagues in doing the same.
Work with integrity and act as Manager On Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
Process customer transactions efficiently, merchandise shelves, and price products appropriately.
Build product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
Collaborate with the Health Enthusiasts team.
Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts in a timely manner, and keep shelves stocked and products priced appropriately.
Perform additional duties as required.
