About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a full-time Retail Key Holder to support the management team and help deliver a personalized, memorable in-store shopping experience. The role involves building customer loyalty, sharing knowledge about health and wellness products, and helping customers and colleagues achieve their goals.

The Key Holder supports store operations and sales, serves as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, and helps maintain merchandise, pricing, product receipts, and store standards. The position also involves ongoing product learning and collaboration with the store team.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts.
• Passion for the health and wellness industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team and execute store priorities.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting team members in doing the same.
• Act with integrity and serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
• Process customer transactions efficiently.
• Merchandise shelves and price products accurately.
• Participate in continuous learning activities to build product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
• Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, and keep shelves stocked and products priced accurately.
• Perform additional duties as required.
