About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a part-time Retail Key Holder to support store management and help create personalized, memorable in-store shopping experiences. The role combines customer engagement and sales with store operations, product merchandising, transaction processing, and maintaining store standards. The Key Holder may act as Manager On Duty when the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or another Key Holder is absent. The position requires enthusiasm for health and wellness, customer engagement skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and schedule flexibility based on business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
• Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts.
• Passion for the health and wellness industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Management Team and execute store priorities.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting team members in doing the same.
• Build customer loyalty through personalized connections, memorable shopping experiences, and sales.
• Act as Manager On Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder.
• Process customer transactions efficiently.
• Merchandise shelves and price products appropriately.
• Develop product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with the store team, called Health Enthusiasts.
• Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, and keep shelves stocked and products priced correctly.
• Perform additional duties as required.
