About The Position
The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a part-time Retail Key Holder to support the management team, help create personalized and memorable customer experiences, and contribute to sales and store operations. The role includes acting as Manager On Duty when designated management staff are absent, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting a team focused on health and wellness. The estimated wage is $17.00–$18.50 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
- Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts.
- Passion for the health and wellness industry.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, and at different locations depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Support the management team by executing store operations with excellence.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting coworkers in doing the same.
- Build customer loyalty through personalized connections and memorable shopping experiences, including selling and building baskets.
- Work with integrity and act as Manager On Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder.
- Process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products accurately.
- Build product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
- Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
- Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, and keep shelves stocked and products priced accordingly.
- Perform additional duties as required.
