About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a part-time Retail Key Holder to support store leadership and help deliver personalized, memorable shopping experiences. The role involves assisting the Management Team, meeting sales and productivity goals, building customer loyalty, and serving as Manager On Duty when the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or another Key Holder is absent. The Key Holder also supports daily store operations, including transactions, merchandising, pricing, product receipts, maintenance, and loss prevention. The position offers an estimated wage of $17.00–$18.50 per hour, depending on role requirements, skills, experience, and organizational needs.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Passion for the health and wellness industry.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, and at different locations as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Directly support the Management Team and execute store priorities.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting colleagues in doing the same.
• Build customer loyalty through personalized connections and memorable shopping experiences, including selling and building customer baskets.
• Act with integrity and serve as Manager On Duty when the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder is absent.
• Process customer transactions efficiently, merchandise shelves, and price products appropriately.
• Develop product knowledge by participating in ongoing learning activities.
• Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
• Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, and keep shelves stocked and products priced appropriately.
• Perform additional duties as required.
