About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a part-time Retail Key Holder to support the management team and help create personalized, memorable in-store shopping experiences. The role includes acting as Manager on Duty when designated managers are absent, supporting sales and productivity goals, building customer loyalty, and maintaining store operations. The position suits someone passionate about health and wellness who enjoys engaging with customers and learning about supplements.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, depending on business needs.
Enthusiasm and ability to engage effectively with customers and coworkers.
Passion for the health and wellness industry.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to the management team and execute store priorities.
Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting coworkers in doing the same.
Build customer loyalty through personalized connections, memorable shopping experiences, and sales.
Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder.
Process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products.
Develop product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
Maintain the store, follow loss-prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, and keep shelves stocked and products priced.
Perform additional duties as required.
