About The Position
The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a part-time Retail Key Holder to support the management team and help create a personalized, memorable in-store shopping experience. The role focuses on customer engagement, sales and productivity goals, product knowledge, store operations, and maintaining customer loyalty. The Key Holder acts as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or another Key Holder is absent. A flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, may be needed depending on business needs.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and ability to engage effectively with customers and Health Enthusiasts.
- Passion for the health and wellness industry.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.

Responsibilities
- Support the management team and execute store operations effectively.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting colleagues in doing the same.
- Build customer loyalty through personalized connections, memorable shopping experiences, and sales.
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder.
- Process customer transactions efficiently.
- Merchandise shelves and price products accurately.
- Develop product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
- Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
- Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, and keep shelves stocked and products priced correctly.
- Perform additional duties as required.
