About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder to support store management and help create personalized, memorable in-store shopping experiences. The role involves customer engagement and sales, store operations, product merchandising, and serving as Manager on Duty when designated managers are absent. Requirements

Enthusiasm and ability to engage effectively with customers and Health Enthusiasts.
Passion for the health and wellness industry.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

Directly support the Management Team and execute store operations with excellence.
Meet and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting colleagues in doing the same.
Build customer loyalty through personalized connections, memorable shopping experiences, and product sales.
Act with integrity and serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder.
Process customer transactions efficiently, merchandise shelves, and price products appropriately.
Develop product knowledge through ongoing learning activities.
Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts on time, and keep shelves stocked and products priced appropriately.
Perform additional duties as required.
