About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a part-time Retail Key Holder to support store management and help create personalized, memorable in-store shopping experiences. The role involves supporting sales and productivity goals, building customer loyalty, maintaining product displays and store standards, and acting as Manager On Duty when the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder is absent. The position offers an estimated wage of $17.00–$18.50 per hour, based on role requirements, skills, experience, and organizational needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
• Enthusiasm and ability to engage effectively with customers and Health Enthusiasts.
• Passion for the health and wellness industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, and at different locations as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the management team and execute store operations with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting coworkers in meeting theirs.
• Build customer loyalty through personalized connections, memorable shopping experiences, and selling products.
• Act as Manager On Duty when the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder is absent.
• Process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products accurately.
• Develop product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
• Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, and keep shelves stocked and products priced accurately.
• Perform additional duties as required.
