About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder who is passionate about health and wellness and interested in learning about supplements. This role supports the management team, helps customers have personalized and memorable in-store shopping experiences, and contributes to customer loyalty and store sales. The Key Holder may act as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or another Key Holder is absent. The position requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction, enthusiasm for engaging with customers and Health Enthusiasts, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs. The estimated wage is $17.00–$18.50 per hour.

Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts.
Passion for the health and wellness industry.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

Support the management team and execute store operations with excellence.
Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting coworkers in doing the same.
Build customer loyalty through personalized connections, memorable shopping experiences, and product recommendations and sales.
Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder.
Process customer transactions efficiently, merchandise shelves, and price products appropriately.
Develop product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, and keep shelves stocked and products priced correctly.
Perform additional duties as required.
