Retail Key Holder - Part-Time
About The Position
The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a part-time Retail Key Holder to support store management, help customers find products, and contribute to a personalized in-store shopping experience. The role includes serving as Manager On Duty when designated store leaders are absent, supporting sales and productivity goals, maintaining product displays and store standards, and building product knowledge through ongoing learning. The position requires a flexible schedule based on business needs, including holidays and weekends. Requirements
- Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and coworkers.
- Passion for the health and wellness industry.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, depending on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the management team and execute store priorities.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting coworkers in doing the same.
- Build customer loyalty through personalized connections and memorable shopping experiences, including selling and building baskets.
- Act with integrity and serve as Manager On Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Key Holder.
- Process customer transactions efficiently, merchandise shelves, and price products accurately.
- Develop product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
- Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
- Maintain the store, follow loss-prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, and keep shelves stocked and products priced accurately.
- Perform additional duties as required.
