About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a full-time Retail Key Holder to support store management and help create an easy, personalized, memorable in-store shopping experience. The role involves helping customers with health and wellness products, supporting sales and productivity goals, maintaining store operations, and serving as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts.
Passion for the health and wellness industry.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, and at different locations depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

Directly support the Management Team and execute store operations with excellence.
Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting colleagues in doing the same.
Act with integrity and serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
Process customer transactions efficiently, merchandise shelves, and price products appropriately.
Develop product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, process product receipts in a timely manner, and keep shelves stocked and products priced appropriately.
Perform additional duties as required.
