About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a full-time Retail Key Holder to support store leadership and help create a personalized, easy, and memorable in-store shopping experience. The role is suited to someone enthusiastic about health and wellness who is interested in learning about supplements and building customer loyalty. The Key Holder supports the Management Team, helps achieve sales and productivity goals, and acts as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. The position also includes customer transactions, merchandising, product pricing, store maintenance, loss prevention, and processing product receipts. A flexible schedule is required and may include weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiasm and ability to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts.
• Passion for the health and wellness industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Management Team and execute responsibilities with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting team members in doing the same.
• Work with integrity and act as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.
• Process customer transactions efficiently.
• Merchandise shelves and price products appropriately.
• Build product knowledge by participating in continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
• Maintain the store, follow loss prevention standards, and process product receipts on time.
• Keep shelves stocked and products priced appropriately.
• Perform additional duties as required.
