About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a full-time Retail Key Holder to support store management and help provide customers with a personalized in-store shopping experience. The role is suited to someone passionate about health and wellness who is eager to build product knowledge, contribute to sales and productivity goals, and help customers and teammates succeed. The Key Holder serves as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
Enthusiasm and ability to engage effectively with customers and Health Enthusiasts.
Passion for the health and wellness industry.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, and at different locations depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

Support the management team and execute store operations with excellence.
Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting teammates in doing the same.
Act with integrity and serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
Process customer transactions efficiently, merchandise shelves, and price products appropriately.
Build product knowledge through ongoing learning activities.
Collaborate with the store team, referred to as Health Enthusiasts.
Maintain the store, follow loss-prevention standards, process product receipts promptly, and keep shelves stocked and products priced correctly.
Perform additional duties as required.
