About The Position

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate – Driver to help retail customers accurately count inventory. The role includes transporting employees to and from inventory events, traveling to retail locations, and counting and recording items with handheld scanners. No inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. The position is active and involves standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders as needed, and lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds. The work takes place in a fast-paced retail environment and requires accuracy, productivity, and attention to detail. Schedules are flexible with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights, and may include paid travel and occasional overnight assignments. Drivers must meet the stated age and license requirements and complete pre-employment screening, including an MVR check.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver; at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence held for at least 36 consecutive months.
• At least three years of proven driving experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigating to assigned locations.
• Availability for flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights, in support of District Manager and customer commitments.
• Ability to perform the active physical duties described, including standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders as needed, and lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds.
