About The Position

The Retail Inventory Associate – Driver counts and records inventory at retail locations while safely transporting team members to and from inventory events. The role follows established workflows, works toward daily performance goals, and represents the organization by supporting its values and maintaining a positive, safe, and inclusive environment. Inventory training is provided. The position involves flexible hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights, and may require travel and occasional overnight stays.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
• Have at least three years of proven driving experience.
• Submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and motor vehicle record check in accordance with company standards.
• Be familiar with GPS devices and navigating to assigned locations.
• Be available for flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
• Be able to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
• Have strong focus and attention to detail, reliable attendance, consistency, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashiering, sales, driving, or warehouse work.
• Experience with handheld scanners or inventory count tools.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner.
• Follow traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
• Conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory accurately.
• Follow established inventory workflows and use inventory tools.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals.
