About The Position

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate – Driver to support retail inventory events. The role combines safely transporting employees to and from events with counting and recording retail inventory using handheld scanners. No inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. Starting pay is $17.50–$19.50 per hour, with performance-based increases and additional earning opportunities tied to productivity and accuracy.

This is an active position involving extended periods of standing and walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders when needed, and lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds. The job requires travel to retail locations and may include paid travel and occasional overnight assignments. Schedules vary and may include very early mornings and/or late nights. Drivers must meet the stated age and driving requirements and pass applicable pre-employment screening.

Requirements

• For qualified van drivers, be at least 21 years old; be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Have a valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
• Have at least three years of proven driving experience.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable using handheld technology.
• Show attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and motor vehicle record check in accordance with company standards.
• Be familiar with GPS devices and navigating to assigned locations.
• Be available for flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
• Meet the physical demands of extended standing and walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders when needed, and lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
