About The Position

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate – Driver to help retailers accurately count inventory. No inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. Drivers safely transport employees to and from inventory events, and associates count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners. The role involves travel to retail locations and may include paid travel and occasional overnight assignments. Schedules are flexible and may vary, including very early mornings and/or late nights, to support the District Manager and customer commitments. Pay starts at $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with performance-based increases and additional earning opportunities. The position is physically active and requires extended standing and walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, occasional ladder climbing, and lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old to qualify as a van driver; must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months.
• Must have at least three years of proven driving experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and motor vehicle record check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigating to assigned locations.
• Availability for flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb ladders when needed, and lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.

• Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse work, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor.
