About The Position

The Retail Inventory Associate counts and records inventory accurately, follows a clear and consistent workflow, and moves between inventory locations. No inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. The role may offer opportunities for increased wages based on productivity, paid travel, and advancement.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, with occasional walking.
• Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
• Ability to frequently squat, kneel, or crouch and use a ladder.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to frequently travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashiering, sales, driving, or warehouse work.
• Military experience.
• No prior inventory experience is required; training is provided.
