About The Position

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate to count inventory for top retailers. No inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. The starting wage is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn additional pay based on productivity and accuracy. The role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment and may include varied schedules, travel, and occasional overnight assignments.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work varied traditional and non-traditional hours, including flexible schedules.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk occasionally, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently bend, kneel, squat or crouch, frequently use a ladder, and lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to travel frequently by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse work, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory while meeting established average-per-hour goals and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of collected data.
• Communicate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in writing, in a positive manner that encourages cooperation.

• Take initiative to explore and suggest approaches that could improve work quality, quantity, or organizational effectiveness.
