About The Position

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate to count and record inventory at retail locations. No inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. The starting wage is $16.75–$19.50 per hour, with opportunities to earn additional pay based on productivity and accuracy. The role involves active work in a fast-paced retail environment, including extended periods of standing and walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders when needed, and lifting and carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds. Travel to retail locations is required, and occasional overnight assignments may occur.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable using handheld technology.
• Have attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, kneel, squat, and reach; climb ladders when needed; and lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse work, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor is considered valuable.
• Ability to become a paid driver or pharmacy counter worker; certification is required for these opportunities.
