About The Position

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate to count and record inventory at retail locations using handheld scanners. No inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. The role offers a starting wage of $17.50–$19.50 per hour, flexible scheduling, and performance-based pay increases. Employees may earn up to $2.00 more per hour within their first six months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities of up to $5.00 per hour.

This is an active role that involves extended periods of standing and walking, frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching, climbing ladders when needed, and lifting or carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds. Work takes place in a fast-paced retail environment and may involve travel to retail locations and occasional overnight assignments. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable using handheld technology.
• Show attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods; bend, kneel, squat, and reach; climb ladders when needed; and lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.

• Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse work, customer service, cashiering, delivery driving, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor is considered valuable.
