About The Position

WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Associate to count and record inventory at retail locations using handheld scanners. No inventory experience or degree is required; paid training is provided. The role offers flexible scheduling and performance-based pay increases tied to productivity and accuracy. Work involves staying active in a fast-paced retail environment, with travel to retail locations and occasional overnight assignments.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.
Reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable using handheld technology.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb ladders when needed, and lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gaming, athletics, coaching, or general labor experience.
