About The Position

Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialists support Bob’s Discount Furniture’s success and expansion by helping customers bring their home design ideas to life. The role focuses on delivering world-class service in a low-pressure, gimmick-free sales environment while contributing to a supportive, fun, and team-oriented workplace. Opportunities are available for full-time or part-time work.

The position suits people who enjoy working with customers, are energized by sales, and have an interest in home décor. Associates use customer engagement, consultative selling, product knowledge, relationship-building, and digital point-of-sale tools to serve customers. The role requires flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays, and involves standing and moving around the showroom and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds as needed.

Compensation is an hourly advance against commission, with uncapped commissions. The stated expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 to $65,000 annually. The posted base pay is $16.90 as an advance against commission.

Requirements

• Energetic and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills.

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed.
