About The Position

Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to provide exceptional customer service and sell premium mattress and bedding products using the company’s proven sales process and bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system. Consultants use personalized recommendations based on 18 measurements to help customers find sleep solutions that meet their needs, while creating a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.

This is a team-oriented retail role that includes interacting with customers, using store technology, resetting the showroom floor, and helping customers load mattress purchases into their vehicles. The typical schedule is four to five days per week, with work hours that may range from 40 to 55 per week. Retail availability includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish or another language is a plus.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• Ability to work a typical four- to five-day schedule, with hours potentially ranging from 40 to 55 per week.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress and bedding products using the company’s established selling process and bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system.
• Help customers identify their needs and provide personalized product recommendations and educational guidance.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience focused on sleep solutions.
• Use tablets, mobile point-of-sale (POS) technology, and the bedMATCH system.
• Reset the showroom floor.
• Assist customers with loading mattress purchases into their vehicles.
