About The Position
Retail Guest Experience Sales Specialists help customers bring their home design ideas to life while providing world-class service in a low-pressure, gimmick-free retail environment. The role combines customer engagement, consultative selling, product knowledge, and teamwork in a high-energy showroom. Specialists use digital tools and point-of-sale systems, build customer relationships, and follow up with clients. Requirements
- Energetic and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed.
