About The Position

The Retail Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include receiving and processing freight, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, using inventory systems, and supporting the organization and operation of the store. This is a seasonal position at Fashion Valley.

Requirements

• Be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Meet the stated physical requirements, including continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift and frequent lifting and carrying of merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly while meeting quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
