About The Position

The Retail Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include processing customer orders promptly and to quality standards, preparing and shipping orders, using inventory management systems to scan and research merchandise shipments, maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms, and providing general store support.

Be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Be able to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Be able to remain in continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Frequently use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner and according to quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
