About The Position

The Restaurant Host at Bazille in Fashion Island greets and seats customers promptly and professionally, shares knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant’s menu and products, and helps ensure outstanding customer service. The host may assist with training new employees and support other restaurant areas as requested, including answering phones, processing financial transactions, stock work, cleanup, and documentation. Hours and schedules vary by week depending on business needs. This is a seasonal position.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of food service or hospitality experience (preferred).

Responsibilities
