About The Position

The Retail Fulfillment role supports store operations by fulfilling customer orders, processing and shipping merchandise, and helping maintain clean, organized selling floors and stockrooms. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. The position may also provide general store support, such as preparing for special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.

The role involves frequent movement and handling merchandise throughout a shift, including bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and lifting. The schedule is flexible based on business needs. The listed hourly pay range is $18.85–$19.65; pay offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Meet the stated physical requirements, including continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, and use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Be able to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting items above the head.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
