About The Position

The Retail Fulfillment role supports store operations by receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling customer orders, and helping maintain organized selling floors and stockrooms. The position also provides general store support, including assisting with special events, markdowns, organizing the backroom, and relocating fixtures. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner and meet quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
• Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, processing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
