About The Position

The Retail Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, using inventory management systems, keeping selling floors and stockrooms organized, and providing general store support.

Remain in continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
Frequently use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting them above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver newly arrived items to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders promptly and according to quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders in accordance with quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments according to inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
