About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Stock role supports store logistics and customer fulfillment. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. The position includes receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, maintaining organized selling floors and stockrooms, and providing general store support. Shifts may start as early as 1 a.m.

Ability to remain in continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds; frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
