About The Position

Squishable is hiring a seasonal Retail Sales Associate to represent its brand in front of customers during the busy holiday season. Sales Associates learn the company’s products and use that knowledge and communication skills to provide a high level of customer service, build relationships with customers, and create a fun, memorable shopping experience. The role also supports store operations, including point-of-sale transactions, shipment processing, inventory organization, merchandise presentation, and opening and closing duties. The seasonal role runs from November 2026 through early January 2027.

Requirements

• Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail experience; experience in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment is preferred.
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-sale transactions efficiently and courteously during the holiday season.
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable holiday shopping experience.
• Process inbound holiday shipments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized inventory and display merchandise according to brand visual guidelines.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned, particularly during peak holiday periods.
• Learn Squishable products and develop the communication skills needed to provide a high level of customer service.
