About The Position

Squishable is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Lead for its Fashion Valley store. This role is a key member of the store leadership team and supports the Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and creating an exceptional experience for customers during the busy holiday season. The ideal candidate is a confident, organized, adaptable leader who enjoys the store experience and is passionate about creating a fun, welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to stay positive and flexible during busy periods.
• Team player who can motivate others, take initiative, and help wherever needed.
• Comfortable receiving and providing feedback and helping keep the team focused on shared goals.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of retail, customer service, or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Passion for people and creating a fun, welcoming customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in delivering a fun, welcoming, and efficient customer experience during the busy holiday season.
• Help lead the sales floor during peak periods, keeping the team focused on customer service and sales goals.
• Drive holiday sales through customer engagement, product recommendations, and strong product knowledge.
• Support seasonal promotions, merchandising, replenishment, and keeping the sales floor organized and well stocked.
• Help manage customer flow and resolve concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach.
• Provide day-to-day direction and support to team members, assisting wherever needed during busy periods.
• Support opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities as assigned.
