About The Position
The Retail Fulfillment position supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The role receives and unloads freight, unpacks and delivers merchandise to selling departments, fulfills and ships customer orders according to quality standards, and uses inventory management systems to process and research shipments. It also helps maintain organized selling floors and stockrooms and provides general store support, including assisting with special events, organizing the backroom, markdowns, and relocating fixtures. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences.
Requirements

- Ability to use a variety of technology and new computer applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
- Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
- Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
- Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
- Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
- Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
- Provide general support to the store, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
