Retail Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Columbia Center - Part Time
About The Position
As a Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise, picking and packing orders, processing trailers, retrieving orders from back-of-house storage, and delivering orders curbside. You monitor alerts to help complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders on time and keep the stockroom and sales floor operating efficiently. The role also involves customer interaction, including greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and carefully delivering curbside orders. Colleagues help maintain a shoppable store by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. The position emphasizes teamwork, hospitality, attention to detail, operational excellence, and contributing to sales and store results.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities
