Retail Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, NorthPark Center - Flex
About The Position
The Retail Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, also known as a Back of House colleague, supports store operations, maintains inventory accuracy, and helps deliver a smooth customer experience. The role includes receiving and organizing merchandise, picking and packing orders, processing trailers, retrieving orders from back-of-house storage, delivering orders curbside, and monitoring alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are completed on time. The associate also interacts with customers by greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and carefully delivering curbside orders. Additional work includes keeping the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently, recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. Colleagues work collaboratively, focus on customer service, pursue sales goals, and contribute to store results.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
