Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Woodbridge Center
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise; pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage; deliver orders curbside; and monitor alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time. You also help keep the stockroom and sales floor operating efficiently. The role includes customer interactions such as greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and carefully delivering curbside orders. You contribute to customer satisfaction and store performance through attention to detail, teamwork, and operational excellence. Colleagues also support selling, goal achievement, and hospitable customer experiences. Daily work may include reviewing goals and learning about products and promotions; receiving and tagging merchandise; organizing the stockroom; helping customers and fulfilling orders; recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms; updating signs and pricing; restocking and moving merchandise; sharing loyalty program benefits; completing orders; and preparing the team for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to meet daily sales goal challenges.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.

- Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Pick, pack, and retrieve customer orders from back-of-house storage and deliver orders curbside.
- Monitor alerts and complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders on time.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service during in-store and curbside interactions.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty program benefits, help customers complete their purchases, and provide a sincere thank-you.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom at the end of the day to prepare the team for the next day.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to sales goals and store results.
