Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Valencia Town Center
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise, picking and packing orders, retrieving orders from back-of-house storage, delivering orders curbside, monitoring alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are completed on time, and keeping the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves greeting customers, resolving issues, and delivering curbside orders with care. Colleagues help maintain a shoppable store by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and assisting with merchandise moves. They support sales goals, share loyalty-program benefits, provide helpful customer service, and organize the stockroom and complete orders at the end of the day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and availability.
Requirements

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Pick, pack, retrieve, and complete customer orders, including Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders, and deliver orders curbside.
- Monitor order alerts to help ensure orders are ready on time.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service during in-store and curbside interactions.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share loyalty-program benefits and help achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with teammates and organize the stockroom to support store operations and prepare for the next day.
