About The Position

As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help deliver a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise; pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage; and deliver orders curbside. You monitor alerts to help ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time, and help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to operational excellence support customer satisfaction and store performance. You support customers through checkout and order pickup, share loyalty program benefits, and help organize the stockroom and complete orders at the end of the day.
