About The Position

The Fragrance RSS Colleague provides professional customer service by selling and demonstrating fragrances and related products, and contributes to the success of the department. The role also includes fulfillment and other duties as needed. The position is part-time, with typical schedules of 12–24 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The role supports customers in both digital and physical channels and works with fragrance and customer service managers on inventory and related matters.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse customers and peers.
• Resourcefulness and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday hours.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds; stand for at least two consecutive hours; and perform frequent moving, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing.
• Color vision.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to in-store and digital customers, making appropriate partnerships when necessary.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrances through actual application or card application.
• Partner with the Fragrance Counter Manager or CSX Manager regarding inventory and other inaccuracies.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Present, organize, store, and replenish stock appropriately.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales-driving events to maximize sales.
• Process new receipts, damages, testers, and returns to vendors (RTVs) in a timely manner.
• Keep the work area free from hazards and work safely.
• Follow Asset Protection, inventory control, compliance, and shortage-prevention procedures.
• Comply with hygiene standards.
• Foster an accepting and respectful environment that strengthens relationships and authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform fulfillment and other duties as necessary.
