About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Fine Jewelry Commission Associate helps serve Fine Jewelry customers during the busy holiday peak. The role uses jewelry professionalism and product knowledge to educate customers about merchandise and how it can meet their needs. The position pays $12.50 per hour and offers 1% commission on sales of qualified merchandise and 10% commission on Service and Care plans.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about jewelry merchandise and how products work or can be used.
• Seek out and assist customers to provide a positive shopping experience, including listening, helping, and educating them.
• Maintain and improve merchandise presentation after customers have browsed products.
• Monitor merchandise levels and replenish products so customers can find needed styles and sizes.
• Solve problems and make decisions that support sales, profit, or customer service, while working efficiently and effectively.
• Provide great customer service, build positive, inclusive, and respectful relationships, and take accountability for actions and outcomes.
• Proactively identify ways to improve the customer experience and act with confidence, energy, and urgency.
