About The Position
Premier Shooting & Training Center in West Chester, Ohio is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Retail Associate. The role offers the opportunity to provide customer service and product guidance in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment focused on firearms and shooting sports. The associate helps customers select products, checks customers in for the range, maintains the sales floor, and processes transactions while promoting safe firearm handling.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to handle firearms.
- Strong knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and shooting sports accessories.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
Nice To Haves
- Prior retail or customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting firearms, ammunition, accessories, and gear suited to their needs.
- Assist customers checking in for the range.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor and display cases.
- Accurately process point-of-sale transactions, including cash, credit, and layaway.
- Provide knowledgeable product recommendations and educate customers on safe firearm handling.
